Refund Policy
Every paid plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. The guarantee applies to all paid plans, including the Founder's Lifetime license, and covers the first billing cycle.
2. How to request
Email support@singularityos.tech from the address used at checkout, within 14 days of purchase. No justification is required.
3. Processing
Payments for the Founder's Lifetime Pass are processed by Whop; monthly subscriptions are processed by Polar. As the seller of the product, we decide refund requests under this policy and issue approved refunds through whichever of the two took the payment; the funds typically reach your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal; because your licence key is delivered immediately, that statutory right lapses once you consent to immediate delivery at checkout — our own 14-day guarantee continues to apply regardless.
4. BYOK costs
API and render costs incurred through your own keys (Bring Your Own Key) are billed directly by third-party providers (for example Google, OpenAI) and cannot be refunded by us.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. After the 14-day window, cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the current cycle, and partial refunds are not issued.
