Acceptable Use Policy
The Studio is a filmmaking tool. Use it to make films — not to harm people, break laws, or abuse the service.
1. Unlawful content
Do not use the Service to create, promote or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction — including content that exploits minors, incites violence, or constitutes harassment.
2. Real people and likeness
Do not impersonate real persons or use a real person's likeness, voice or identity without their consent — including synthetic media ("deepfakes") intended to mislead.
3. Intellectual property
Do not use the Service to infringe copyright, trademark or other rights. You are responsible for the rights to the scripts and materials you load.
4. Model provider policies
Renders run through your own keys on third-party models. Their usage policies (for example Google, OpenAI, Runway, Kling, Luma) apply to those generations, in addition to this policy.
5. Service integrity
Do not attempt to circumvent the license system, resell access, probe or disrupt the infrastructure, or use the Service to build a competing dataset by systematic extraction.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, with notice where practicable. Refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy; unlawful-use terminations are not eligible.
